Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary between 4–7 business days depending on your location and order type. Customized and made-to-order jewellery may take additional processing time.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to check the delivery status anytime. We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. In case of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as festivals, weather conditions, or courier issues, we will keep you informed.
