Return & Refund Policy

At Narayani Jewellers, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Since jewellery is a delicate and valuable product, we follow a strict return and refund process to maintain quality, safety, and transparency.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive an item in such condition, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and order details. Our team will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit as applicable.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging along with all tags, certificates, and accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for any return or refund. Customized, engraved, or specially made-to-order jewellery is also not eligible for return.

If your return request is approved, we will process the replacement as soon as we receive the product back. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be issued only in the original mode of payment or as store credit.

Narayani Jewellers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions. Our primary aim is to provide you with high-quality jewellery and a satisfying shopping experience.
